HMG Concepts — full name, His Marvellous Grace Educational Consult — was founded in 2015 by Adewale Samson Adeagbo, a secondary school teacher with a burning question: why were Nigerian students being failed by a system that could be fixed?
The answer wasn't to complain. It was to build. So that's what he did.
What began as a one-man tutoring operation has grown into a full brand with three subsidiaries: HMG Academy (virtual schooling), HMG Technologies (EdTech & data solutions), and HMG Media (content & digital presence). Through it all, the philosophy has never changed: Learning Deliberately. Teaching Authentically.

Get in TouchAdewale Samson Adeagbo is an educator who became a data scientist — and a data scientist who never stopped teaching. He founded HMG Concepts in 2015, and has spent nearly two decades proving that the best technologists are often the ones who understand people first.
His headline says it plainly: "I Don't Just Teach Data — I Do It."
Adewale's teaching career began in 2009. For 15+ years, he has taught Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry across nursery, primary, and secondary schools in Lagos and Ogun State. That classroom time wasn't just teaching — it was research. He was watching, every day, what worked and what didn't.
The turning point came in late 2024 when he joined the Federal Government's 3MTT programme. Something that had always been a conviction — that data and technology could solve classroom problems — finally found its technical language. He went deep: machine learning, Python, data analysis, model deployment.
Today he has 12 deployed ML and EdTech projects on GitHub, is actively enrolled in three advanced upskilling programmes, and serves as a SkillBuild Hub Ambassador. His data science work — covering insurance fraud detection, delivery delay prediction, student risk profiling, and more — is built on the same clarity he developed teaching quadratic equations to teenagers.
He continues to teach at God of Seed Academy and tutors across multiple platforms. Not because he has to — but because the classroom is where everything he knows was tested and proven.
